• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree not to share or sell your account access.

4. Use of the Platform

Users agree to use Al Mtger solely for lawful and ethical business purposes. You must not use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws, public morals, or Islamic values. Specifically, you agree not to upload, display, or share:

• Any content that contains or promotes illegal, harmful, or offensive material.
• Any images, media, or content considered haram under Islamic principles (such as nudity, inappropriate symbols, or immoral acts).
• Any images of women, or any media depicting individuals in a way that conflicts with modesty or Islamic guidelines.
• Content that infringes on the rights of others, including copyright or trademarks.

Al Mtger reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these standards or suspend accounts found in breach of this clause.

5. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using Al Mtger, you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of your product information, pricing, and content.
• Fulfilling customer orders and providing customer support.
• Complying with local laws regarding commerce, taxation, data protection, and consumer rights.
• Using any customer information in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

6. Pricing and Payments

• Access to Al Mtger may include both free and paid features or subscription plans.
• Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed on our website.
• We may update our pricing, features, or billing structure with reasonable prior notice.

If you fail to pay for a paid plan, we may suspend or limit access to your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, design elements, and software of Al Mtger are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

8. Third-Party Services

Al Mtger may integrate with third-party tools such as payment gateways or analytics services. Your use of these third-party tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

We are not responsible for issues or losses arising from third-party integrations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al Mtger and its team shall not be liable for:

• Downtime, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the previous three (3) months.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
